Please note that our motorcycle models are not approved for use on public roads. They must be used exclusively on suitable closed and private grounds, as defined in article R 331-21 of the sports code.
Our vehicles (motorcycle, quad, buggy, etc.) for children are not simple toys, but rather motorized machines relating to motor sport, involving inherent risks. Minors under the age of 14 are not allowed to purchase or rent non-approved vehicles such as mini-motorcycles, children's quads, non-approved quads, motocross, pocket-bikes, pocket-cross, pit bikes or dirt bikes. They can only use these types of vehicles as part of activities organized by approved sports associations such as the FFM or UFOLEP. The maximum speed of this type of vehicle is 24km/h on public roads, therefore this vehicle is prohibited on public roads. Additionally, minors under the age of 16 using these machines must be under adult supervision at all times.
It is essential to wear appropriate protective equipment for your safety, such as an approved safety helmet, cross-type protective glasses, suitable gloves, elbow and knee pads, and a protective chest protector. It is also recommended to wear a long-sleeved top and long pants, as well as high-top shoes that cover at least the malleolus and keep the laces tied, away from the wheels, motor and drive system.
After purchase, you must declare your machine to the Ministry of the Interior within 15 days from the date of purchase. You can do this by means of an electronic declaration available at the following address: https://www.service-public.fr/particuliers/vosdroits/R20458 . Once the declaration has been made, you will receive an identification number to have engraved on the chassis and displayed on a visible plate. However, this plate can be removed during sporting activities.
